gifyoutube.com is a website which does the job for you without downloading any third party apps. So to turn a youtube video into a gif file, just type “gif” in front of the specific youtube url and select the start and the end time from the website.
For Example:
You want to create a gif file from this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9bZkp7q19f0
So simply add “gif” in front of the url after the www, so the above url will look like this, https://www.gifyoutube.com/watch?v=9bZkp7q19f0
